This policy explains what NR Storage Systems does with the information you give us through this website. We are a business-to-business manufacturer of industrial storage systems, and the only personal information we handle here is what you submit in order to be contacted.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, nearest city, product of interest, and message you enter. We do not collect anything else through this site, and we do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or financial information at any point.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry: to arrange a site survey, prepare a quotation, and answer questions about our products. That is the only purpose. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your details.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is handled by our own sales and engineering team. We share it outside the company only where a service provider needs it to operate this site — our website host and our transactional email provider — or where we are required to by law. Those providers act on our instructions and process the information only to deliver the message.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship or prospect is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If you would like your details removed sooner, write to us and we will do so.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party advertising or analytics profiling. Any cookies present are strictly necessary to serve the site.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@nr-storage.com and we will respond. There is no charge for this.

This site is served over HTTPS, and enquiry submissions are transmitted encrypted. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information we handle.
